Okay, just like I said in the video, I'm not trying to convince people that there are psychic powers out there. I'm just trying to show that the mind can overcome limitations that the physical world puts on us.

That said, and as I showed in the video, the normal human hand is not able to produce enough torque to overcome the tensile strength of steel to the point where the steel will bend in the dramatic way you see. With the help of the mind, this becomes not only possible, but rather simple.

And before you start running off at the mouth, I am not going to take the test of any skeptic organization out there because there is no need. #1, What I did in the video is not considered paranormal in the credible organizations' terms. #2, What I show here is a basic application of the teachings of Aikido, using your mind to assist your muscles.

SO DON'T BUG ME ABOUT IT! YOU WILL BE BLOCKED IF YOU DO! Already had to threaten one persistent punk with a lawsuit.

To the non-believers and skeptics out there, yes, I know you're going to leave negative comments, and I'm going to let you know they will be removed.

  • If you concentrate hard enough, the mind can do anything. Success comes in cans, not can'ts.

But seriously, I didn't believe it could be done, until about a year ago. They explained it on braniac, and got a few random audience members to bend spoons, and they did it! Its a very good party trick, and I see how it can help people concentrate, but, I don't see any other use than making you buy more spoons. I'm not making fun, but this sort of thing is quite pointless at the end of the day!

  • It's quite fun to do at parties indeed. The main thing i'm showing here though, is that with enough concentration, you can do just about anything.

  • he's actually using a part of the brain that has to do with the releasing energy in the brain thats used during moments of distress which is actually dangerous to do if its overdone -__-

  • Gives you a headache reaaaaaaal fast. Basically, you're forcing your adrenal glands to dump into your blood stream in a short burst. Makes for a sudden burst of strength. Works quite well. Unfortunately, too much adrenaline acts like poison to the body. So do this with care, please?

  • so it's science? nothing voodo? :P

  • basically

  • Nice man. Tried it with like thick keys or anything?

  • omg dude please get to it already-

1.5 minutes and you have told me forty tw otimes "it's real"

ok, just show me the damn trick.

    otherwise, nice video

  • That method that you use on how you concentrate and imagine a glow coming from your body to the spoon is something called Light Work. It is something that is real and all it is a type of energy. Scientist do not understand the brain completely and in its entirety.

  • (cont) One of the things I have found the most annoying, is that even though I am a skeptic of chakratic energy, I have found that the MOST annoying thing, is skeptics who don't think critically, and will accuse everything under the sun, magnets included. It's funny, but the bulk of skeptics are just as ignorant about science as the rest of the population. Keep up the good work. We need more videos like this.

  • IM 11, I DID IT! ROFL
