Neat idea!! but I would really love a closer look at the stitching. I sew but couldn't see the hem you made very well. I thought you just made a hem or casing on 3 sides of the blanket to run yr cord thru but then you held it up and showed yr finger going thru loops of some kind. Maybe I'll watch it again!!
Btw. How bout dem Saints!! Neat shirt!

Very nice idea. You made a home made "poncho liner" like the US Army uses. I use my liner in my sleeping bag for real cold nights or just the liner for warm ones.
Heck, I keep a liner on the bed too in case it gets cold.
Like your way, saves cash and you can get really good blankets @ "Cheaper The Dirt" site cheap.
Ok I got it the 2nd time I watched. I should have viewed it again before I commented. My bad

That is a totally awesome idea. Where did you get your wool blanket, and what kind is it?

@mrjagill Thanks for the comment. I found the wool blanket in a closet in a house I was living in. I have no idea what kind it is or where it comes from. My guess is that it is old military surplus because the house had lots of old military office furniture in it etc...
