This is the most basic warm up sequence as taught in Sivananda Yoga, it is suitable for any level from total beginners to advanced. Anyone can do this whether you are into sport and want to build a flexibility regime into their lifestyle or if you are suffering from aches and pains and need to bring more mobility to your life!!
Sorry about the poor quality it was from my iphone as part of my own yoga diary!!!
