Donald Trump does not understand private property rights nor the Constitution.

Donald Trump's corrupt crony capitalism cannot be tolerated. No private property owner is safe. Use of Eminent Domain for any kind of "Public Use" must be vigorously examined and with due process.

I'm going thru condemnation (eminent domain) right now. Funny how a lot of projects that were on hold for years suddenly are going through now that home prices are at an all time low. I live paycheck to paycheck and they are telling me that getting the loan paid off is "fair". If the government has their way I'll be left with no house. Forcing someone to sell their investment when it's not smart to do so is government-sanctioned theft.
