It's like the video with Kellie Pickler with the question "What country is Budapest the capital of"; it is supposed to show her as stupid, but she is not; she just plays stupid, but she is not, she makes humorous remarks like "I'm listening to what you are saying but I only hear what I want to"; she plays, she is smart.
If you take her at the first degree, she might look stupid, but she is not.

@hunchbacked Well I can't say I'm at all familiar with the culture of the show. If it's an established ritual to try hard to mislead someone if they can't answer an obvious question, then I guess that makes sense. But on the other hand if it's just a free for all "wow what an idiot, im not going to give him the answer" I don't see why a good portion wouldn't just toss out mars and venus. I certainly would have. "You're so dumb, here's an answer as dumb as you" being my logic.
