@VYP3R22 lol chip does small dmg and has the least amount of hp. What your seeing is not 2 scrubs fighting but advanced play, in fact that chip was so good he made that ky seem horrible.

@VYP3R22 Simply not true. Yes, every scrub can play Chipp, but he can also play all other chars :P but playing him well is just as hard as playing any other person well in this game. He's not overpowered, it's just easier to win matches with him if you're a beginner. Same applies to Sol and Ky though...

chipp is a cheap character for scrubs to use, every scrub can play chipp, its just an overpowered character because of his speed
