@lovealem Try the dragon pose video she did. It's from yin yoga. It's for the hips, but the stretch may help you some. You could sift through her clips, though, and find beginner ones and go from there. I hope you find some relief soon! I have hip pain from my left hip down into my feet sometimes. When I do yoga, the pain is minimal, if I have any at all. It's a beautiful thing!
