Bush has a clear speech impediment which makes him appear dumb however communication skills do not represent levels of intelligence. Just look at Stephen Hawking. (I'm not a fan of Bush BTW)

Because you say higher scores do not matter, would you prefer to get brain surgery performed on yourself by a surgeon who received all As or mostly Ds and Fs. Put your money where your mouth is.

And people wonder why all the whites have moved away from Detroit. I left Chicago for a similar event in my business experience and I'm much better off now. To discriminate for any reason against anyone is wrong. The most qualified candidate should get the job, period. Hiring should be color blind.
