Robert Latimer and his family have suffered enough. It is a travesty of justice that he was denied parole. They seem to have no trouble letting people out who pose a real danger to society and yet Mr. Latimer was denied parole. Something is very wrong woth the Canadian justice system.

Great blog!
For anyone that's interested, I have a group on Facebook called "Free Robert Latimer." It has tons of information and a link to a petition as well! Hope to see you all there! :)

As to your first issue...you have a real problem. You're sick, sick, sick.
We of the tribunal will not be satisfied until you bow and scrape. Make it believable. Really sell it or we shall be forced to hold you accountable.
I admire him for not saying he's sorry, I think it would insult Tracy to say that. In effect, if he was sorry, he'd be saying "I'm glad she was suffering"

Thanks for talking about this.
The amount of pain that Latimer's daughter went through does not seem to be an aspect known by many. What happened to her is barbaric, and in some instances it is called torture.
I do not have a stance on euthanasia, but the fact that Mr. Latimer was denied day parol after serving 7 years of a 10 year sentence is absurd. This man is not a threat to society. I can't imagine how dead he must feel inside right now. Free Robert Latimer!

exactly. the media likes to skim over the fact that this girl was suffering in an extreme way.
the judicial system boggles my mind sometimes.

i've never seen those cookies before. and. that is a really interesting story. I hadn't heard of it before, but I just point myself in that guys shoes. Imagine having a child, and the only way to help that child, is to "murder" him/her.
