WLS Walking Buddies September Challenge and CONTEST

Week one of the September Challenge. The challenge runs from September 1 through the end of september.

CONTEST, CONTEST, CONTEST The prize with be an Omron Pedometer valued at $59.99.

What you need to do to enter. Make a video reponse to this video and talk about three things.

1. Why you want to win
2. Ideas on how you plan on getting your steps in each day, week
3. What will you bring to the group. How ill you encourage others to take a few more steps each day.

That's it. The drawing will be held on September 15th.

hey all! I found out that my iPod has a pedometer on it, so I am going to use it until I get the Omron. As of right now (8:00 pm) I have walked 4790 steps! I am so excited about joining the group that it motivated me to walk another 5 minutes an the treadmill, so I am walking a tiny bit more than a mile now. Yippee!

@susi1662 I got it. But do you think you can attach it to this video? See the Attach a video link above? Click on that link then click on the tab that says Choose a Video. That will take you to a list of your videos, Choose the video you made for the contest. It's usually at the bottom of the list. Then click on the link that says Use the selected video.It will then take you to a message You have successfully completed your Video Response!

@virginiann1975 I found my old pedometer (NOT an Omron!) and went on a walk tonight right before dark ... already did 1991 steps, and that's just ONE little trip around the block. I'm going for it! Will do video reply to "join" the contest!
