@EmpowerYourBody Well that depends on how hard you are presssin against the ground, How platform or surface you are workout on and, how you have your hands position on that surface or platform. :-)

You should do push ups on your fists, because doing these on palms can cause wrist problems..so...fists.

it's a proper form of pushups.
it's ideal to start with as a beginner,
use these chest workout if u can't do more than 20, switch to a normal pushup when u do more than 20 of this, what you call, ' girl pushup'.
