  • the 90 degree reps purpose is to surprise the muscle i think. it also builds your strength since you gotta stop it at 90 degrees

  • i dont think there is any difference..going 180 can only be better

  • Good but you could explain the difference between the 90 and 180 degree approach. Like, why 90 degrees? Shouldn't you always do full range of motion?
