The big variation I have to explain for kids is what happens with Nh6 to stop the checkmate. It definitely stops it, but if the c1 bishop has a chance to take that knight, it gets tricky. Might have been good to include..
Also, from the king/rook fork on e5, I'm always curious about if Qe7 is played.. White has to defend well too to avoid losing to the same Qxh1 a few moves down the road... Anyway...
