How to (properly) use a 7 in 1 survival whistle

Demonstrating the proper use for the multi-function super-duper 7 in 1 survival whistle.

Note that the parts shown in the video can be extracted with little to no effort using a knife blade. To refine them and get to the smaller components themselves takes a bit of work and it's actually possible to hurt yourself if inexperienced in, um, disassembling survival whistles.

You can free the magnifying glass from its case by breaking away the inner ring. The mirror is attached to its base surprisingly well and prying it loose without breaking is a problem. I'd say the latter is better off protected from the environment in the whistle itself. Too bad it was the first thing to come off...

I have the samw whistle. They are very cheap. But now I might just bring it out of retirement and pull it apart. Great idea.
