Ok what you're gonna do is go download a free program called "Audacity"

Then double click on the speaker icon down by your clock.

Then go to Options > Properties, then select recording, and hit ok. In your list of items now, you might see something called "Rec. Playback" or "Wave in" click either one.

Then open up audacity, and click record, then come here and click play, then when the video stops, go back to audacity and tell it to stop recording by clicking stop.
