  • @pokerockman I do them at moderate-slightly fast speed.

  • @13andincrediblycut hey bro, mind if i ask you, you do em fast or normal speed? since fast one are easier...

  • For beginners, but at 13 and 202lbs of dope-free power I can do 73 perfect and proper pull ups in a row no stop with perfect form from dead hang no kips. :)
