"Making trillions make sense," CNBC's Rick Santelli (brilliant and articulate) simplifies the USA national debt problem using an average American family analogy.
By lopping off the last 8 zeros of the figures from national revenue and debt figures, Santelli shows a simplified income statement for an average American family:
Annual Income: $23,100
Money Spent: 36,140
New Credit Card Debt: 13,030
Outstanding Credit Card Debt: $151,140
Total Budget Cuts: 385
"This sure makes it so we can wrap our arms around it, but it really doesn't deserve a hug." ~ Rick Santelli

"You would call that household BANKRUPT huh Rick"...Yeah, bankrupt about 3 times over! But who cares as long as Grandma gets her Ponzi scheme retirement check, your daughter gets her 500 dollars worth of 'happy pills' because she can fake a bi-polar disorder, and so the 'Christians' who never read a page of the bible in their adult life can watch them brown folks get bombed over in Crapghanerstan! Hurrr Hurrrr

This is really amazing stuff! Rick boils it down in a way everyone can easily understand. We simply CAN'T continue with this administration. We're dooming our way of life if we do.
