I want to talk to you some more about our budget. You see, we are six weeks into the new fiscal year, and still California has no budget.

It's such a shame that California with all the hi-tech achievements and incredible business potential has so lousy legislators. Arnold has great ideas, unfortunately he is not the Eraser to eliminated the legislators... He is just a governor and has to work hard to convince them. Arnold would be a great president!

The Demolition Man - where the library was named after Arnold and Stallone's character was stunned to hear that :) One of the many jokes on each other between Sly and Arnie in their movies. But as we saw 10 years after that movie - Arnie indeed became, well... not a president but a governor. Now some say Arnie could return to Europe and become president of EU - but I doubt it

I think all the people glorifying you must be from states other than california. Three months late on signing the budget and this video is the last update you have? All of you involved in this (the legislators and yourself) need to figure out some kind of compromise and stop wasting california's time and money. I don't disagree with everything your saying, but the problem lies in what you (the legislators and yourself) aren't doing.
