I read once that WAAY was at one time the ratings leader in Huntsville before they slipped into last place. Is this video from when they were still #1?

This was definitely 1993. The graphics in this clip (Around the Valley, double box for sports) were put into use earlier that year. They were originally produced for a station in Atlanta and modified in house. I think the music was "The Great News Package" from Frank Gari.
