Instaling the EastRC.org Alum. Machined Trim Tabs and Roller on my Spektrum DX6i Transmitter

My trim tabs needed to be replaced, so I ordered some machined aluminium replacement parts from http://www.eastrc.org I got them in no time, they work great and surely gonna last me a lot longer than those stock ones that kept breaking. This video is just an instructional video on how to replace them, hope this helps you.

I don't understand why trim tabs would be used much. Doesn't it make more sense to adjust the models to fly true when controls are at neutral? There must be something I don't get about this.
