@jimma316 I think he's doing this to work the slow twitch fibers. It is muscular endurance (so yes, you are right! Sorry, on youtube people often sound confrontational or argumentative) but you can build them up to a degree. You will get muscle size but it won't be true hypertrophy. I still like it. I think endurance is often underrated!

most of your videos are pretty sound, but i think youve labelled this wrong. 50rep sets are not for muscle gain but muscle endurance

looks like a good plan, thanks but theres no way in hell ima be able to do that many reps on all of those ill have to start off smaller and build it up.. again thanks

That's cool. Just work up to it, you'll get there eventually. The important thing is just that you're doing it!
