For years, when a jumbo jet reached the end of its 30-year lifespan, it would end up as scrap or rot on a runway. But at the Evergreen Air Centre in Arizona, planes past their prime are recycled. Recycling is important to our future. If we continue to take and take, there will be nothing left for our children's grandchildren. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Reduce the amount and toxicity of trash you throw away and Reuse containers and products. Recycle as much as possible and buy products with recycled content. Please enjoy in 1080p HD, rate thumbsup and comment.

  • That EPA woman is an idiot. "It's only radiactive if you cut it!" No, it's always radioactive

  • i want to see these guys assemble it back!

  • @sihanling yeah i'd say your right.

  • @krashdown102 its all for the show. this job for this company was probably contracted and arranged by a tv producer. if the team had all the equipment then this documentary would not be exciting for the average mass of tv viewers. so they were possibly selected because they were not sized and fully equipped for the job. tv producers are very sly.

  • @cme98 I don't think they had the running time to show that

  • @SPmQQse No, he meant, 'meant'. lolol

  • ok, so they separate the "iron" from the "aluminum", what about the Titanium? ---the rarest & most expensive metal on the plane... How do they separate that?

And what about the gold & platinum built into salvageable electronic & mechanical devices?Do they simply throw this shit away? i doubt it.
