The Title is misguiding. You play tripplets on the whole kit not on the bass/floor tom.

@YoungInfrared it's very easy, only with bass drum and the eight with low tom!

I've got over the volume issue by practicing in a shed at the bottom of the garden. Winter time is best when no one is in their garden & I can bang away to my hearts content!!

yip i think that right i try and accent the eight notes so that would be how i do it. Sorry for the slow response
