In these times, when experts think that technology is catching up to human's level of intelligence and abbility. I, an Electrical Engineer who works with computers, wonder. What are these experts doing besides going into technology? They forget about the Humane part of human beings, and think that everything can be totally filled into boxes, where everything is predictable and calculated. Even the bests PUAs,people that are into NLP, psicologists and hipnotists don't dare do such claims.
I say Art is something a Computer would never do.
When was the last time you heard someone claim that technology was going to solve most of our problems? Ask your parents if they ever heard that we as a society will have to work less and dedicate more time to our leisure thanks to technology. Have this come to happen? When is it going to be certian?
I leave you with something Computers, MTV and Record Companies cannot Do. True Musicianship.
Thank You Queensryche.
I came to know about Queensryche through the Internet and a friend. I bought the tickets, the other person had to leave for health issues. The only thing I'm sorry about is that he missed this.
I still use Silent Lucidity as my wakeup call.
@ einarabelc5, I completly agree with your title for this video and im only 18. All my friends are into that stupid, mindless, computer bullshit they call techno and rap. This song kicks ass and so does Queensryche! Thanks for posting! Cheers.

@drmrboy29 My absolute pleasure. It means you can feel more. Don't loose your vulnerability just to try and fit in. Be you.

This is one of my favorite tracks from the Empire album but I am not cool with Geoff putting his Sax in anywere he sees fit. I don't say this lightly cause I was a huge fan buying every album until after the Q2K fiasco with Kelly Gray as guitarist. I did like the Tribe Album which it turns out Degarmo played on. Mindcrime II was dissapointing too. Make no Mistake about it folks this pretty much the Geoff Tate Queensryche cover band now. No dissrespect to fans & Soldiers that like the new album.

@jbsouthpaw2009 Turns out Geoff Learned the Trumpet when he was a kid, then took 2 years of piano. He learned the sax around 90-91. This song has sax and trumpet in it originally. So I have no idea what you are talking about and they would had probably fallen apart if he didn't stepped in.

@einarabelc5 I clearly stated my great love for the band but how far up Geoff Tate's ass does your nose have to be to be in denial of his ego & the many creative liberties he has taken with the band since Degarmo left. Just a fact. I give him props for keeping the band name out there & he is still vocally great but making an average-at-best sounding sequel to one of the greatest hard rock albums ever is hard to forgive. Geoff playing his sax randomly near the end weakens the twin guitar sound.

@jbsouthpaw2009 I enjoy because I choose to. If you want to dislike it is up to you. Mindcrime II sucks, that is undeniable. I barely could make it through it once and that was it. If you are going to nitpick on it be my guest but it's just your opinion. Undeniable us that we all tend to repress or at best disregard what we make mean as negative but in the end is your opinion and that is all as mine it is too.I met the guy and to be honest I didn't felt he has a big ego. Moreso he's vulnerable.
