I've just revisited the AOTS review, and they (correctly) don't mention saving to your desktop library (there's no way to do that). Not TubeRadio anyway, but they did review another web app in the same segment.
At 01:17, they say "save all your playlists and favorite albums to your account so you'll have instant access to them from any computer" (connected to the internet, of course)
