Trainer Flights
2009 Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow
Naval Air Station Pensacola
Pensacola, Florida
Friday November 13, 2009
IN THIS VIDEO, you will see the base trainer flight take to the skies - consisting of a T-39 Sabreliner, a T-1A Jayhawk, two T-6A Texan IIs, and two T-45C Goshawks. In addition, you will also see a T-28 Trojan, an SNJ Texan, and two N2S Stearmans take part in an additional trainer flight. The base flight returned for its pass and break to land. This video is dedicated to the family who set up behind me that day, whose husband and father was one of the pilots of the Jayhawk.
I apologize for the pink vertical bars that appear in a part of this video, as they are due to an ongoing problem with my video camera.
If you are interested in purchasing DVDs of specific aircraft and/or of airshows, interested in anything and everything related to airshows (where the jet teams will show up, all airshow performers, airshow reports from airshows I have attended, previews of airshows I will be attending, etc.), a much more easier to navigate "version" of all of my videos, and/or everything there is related to aviation - including spotting guides to my favorite airports and military bases and aircraft factfiles, please take the time to check out Steve's Airshow World at http://www.stevesairshow.com .

I expected this to be really boring... but that was actually really awesome! I love how graceful that prop trainer was, and hearing the bio about the pilot. The fast trainer parade was also really neat! Fantastic vid!! 5 stars!
