Specific Carbohydrate Diet is not limiting if you think about it the right way. This is a chicken salad and for two people, it costs us about $15 at Whole Foods by making the salad at their salad bar, you can obviously use whatever grocery store you like, or if you're a farmer, get your farm on!
Salad is: grilled chicken, spring mix lettuce, some spinach(for Brad!) and some tomato, red onion, carrot, hard boiled eggs(leave out if you like, I like them) and some cracked pepper and some balsamic vinegrette dressing. more at http://www.ihaveuc.com and yes, I have ulcerative colitis, and ulcerative colitis drug free, and in remission

  • how do you afford all that expensive food?

  • @iCanHazTwentyLetters that stuff's not too expensive, surely cheaper than going out for the same meal somewhere.
