yes im viet . man its hard to fly. i wish you live in my city so you can help me out with set up it. this is the second heli i have . i gave up on last one ,so i give it a try this time ahaha

Easy. Just unscrew about 7 little screws the body in the middle of the model to remove the front part of the model. Then you can change the battery...
