the w126 coupe did,nt come with a diesel engine from factory so if this is one with a diesel engine it was converted to diesel

lately there have been many diesel Mercedes recent ones just getting on fire, and Mercedes saying its the owner fault, in my country it was 2 220d from 2007, and an e270, and some others... always assisted in mercedes

this car could have been saved if the owner simply got a fire extinguisher at hand nearby such a store nearby or a restaurant and had immediately opened his hood so that that fire could have been stopped immediately and save the car from further burn damage!!! PRESENCE OF MIND!!!

That is a usual occurrence on these 2 door SEC Benzes. Usual cause of fire are the high tension wires that are close to the fuel injection and any spark ignites the fire!!! This is a gasoline car NOT a Diesel!!! Diesel Benzes never have this problems!!!
