Totally agree with you. As a matter of fact, harmonically Ritchie and ABBA aren't that far apart. If you REALLY listen to both. Both Ritchie and Benny are mindblowing composers, and they work out from the blues scale combined with a classical twist. Cool stuff! Rock on, man!

@TheMichaelseymour -NO KIDDING! I would like to see this in ONE piece with the SoundFX Solo into "Will you still love me". If it wasnt for a Video show called "Rock World" on Channel 13 Los Angeles (hosted by -gulp- "Rik Dee's" :p), I would have never known about this Concert (The Monsters of Rock Festival at Castle Donnington Speedway, organized by Blackmore if I'm not mistaken). Freakin' Blackmore in a trance of his own making after the solo fades out . . . man :).

What?! Those guys wouldnt probably even exist if they'd have never heard Blackmore's playing. Ritchie Blackmore is the greatest guitar player ever to live and especially Malmsteen knows it!

fuck u dick. blackmore made rock. he started the first real rock band, deep purple, discovered gillan, dio, wishbone ash, bonnet, created rainbow...etc. best and most respected gitarist ever. u obviously know nothing about rock and i doubt you have ever seen a good live act. get stuffed and stick to your abba
