@openminddesignersima Hi there, I was just wondering if you were planning to post the rest of the 16 exercises. I have had this book for years and I was taught the exercises whilst living in China, but it is interesting to see Tim Cartmell do it the way he was taught by the people who studied directly from Wang Ji Wu, (which my teacher didn't).

I only said that this video is NOT the 16.exc. what Wang Ji Wu lineage disciples do. I think that Mr. Cartmell didn't learn it. Zhang Bao Yang and uncles didn' t teach this guy. but I like his translation of small part of our fasmily transmission to English(published as Xing Yi Nei Gong).

@bawei Neigong means your not doing such things as this. Dan miller and his cronys are crooks that stole this information from china. They entered on tourist visas with the full intent of profiting from it. Dan miller had to escape vis a vis hong kong through a smuggling route usually reserved for mainland whores into hong kong, donned a disquise and ran back to the states. Learn the true story about this.

I am not interested about any american Jiu Jitsu and I am not interested to show my skill to everyone. You are not able to teach me nothing and I am not able to teach you nothing. If one want to see my chinese Jiu jitsu, one must come to our park in Beijing .I am everyday morning there. I have no interest about the USA and I am not going there.

@edmundkim007 What are you talking about? Which fountain valley? Where on the Earth? What Ace Jiu Jitsu? And what I have to do with your Jiu jitsu? The last time I studied the Jiu Jitsu in 1980, I have nothing to do with any Jiu Jitsu school, I have been studying the CHINESE "jiu jitsu" 20 years and I am not interested about about any japanese MA. Got it?
