Why bootleg Magma? Everything is offered by Seventh Records and at the live concerts! We must buy all things Christian produces and pay with body and soul. We must not accept copies. Everyday we must listen to Magma and pay respect to Kröhn Kohrmann. The same goes for Jannick Top! Zeuhl!!!
Well, perhaps I was wrong, when I meant bootlegging I was primarily stating fan concert recordings. But yeah I do think Magma do take that as an exception because it's really different from frauding a band's own music.
Well, they weren't happy when someone produced a Magma compilation called "Spiritual," a combination of all the tracks from "Udu Wudu" and "Attahk" plus a track from "Hhai." You can still find this album for sale, despite a statement from Magma that the disk was not authorized by them. Eventually, in self-defense, Magma released their own "official mix" of the two albums as "Uber Kommandoh."
So they -don't- like bootlegging in some cases. Are fan concert recordings an exception?
This is so HEAVY! Love it.
