Event staff did their damnedest to try to keep people from getting to the goal posts. They were extremely belligerent, punching people who came close. Thankfully they eventually decided to give up.
The goalpost was taken to the president's house where it was cut up, although parts of it probably made it into frat houses after that.

Geez this was long and boring. I've seen a much better shot of this and not so drawn out. You could have cut 4 min of this crap out.

I was shocked that nobody tried to do anything to stop them. I sat there and watched take the goal down after like twenty freakin minutes. Didn't they take the goalpost into one of the frat houses?
