Scientist Eric Ritter joins Roboshark in the water with some ferocious looking Bull Sharks. Will he remain unscathed? Interesting short video from the BBC documentary Smart Sharks: Swimming with Roboshark.

  • that guy got some balls

  • I wonder if the sharks would be discouraged, or angered by the sight sound and smell of dirty crapped swim shorts

  • @ignuz Bull sharks typically dont RELY on surprise, as they are faster, stronger, and smarter than their prey. Where are you getting this info? This guy has dedicated his life's studies to these species, you are just a guy who thinks he read something somewhere. I trust him way before I trust some random stranger. Also, sharks, like most animals, will simply not pass up a meal. Even most species of DOMESTICATED dogs will eat until their body won't let them. It's how species survive. Moron.

  • 1:18 Epic shark Fail

  • was bitten first time last year, while SWIMMING in MURKY water?

The footage of it is on youtube, and he is standing up in clear water just like in the beginning of this video.

  • Sorry for the cliche, but this is bullshit.

Sharks use the element of surprise in their attacks.. Jumping into 5-9feet of water with them, in clear water after you've already fed them isn't testing anything, as that couldn't be further from their natural hunting environment.

  • @blackdiamondmarine Yeah, the clip of him being attacked is on here somewhere.

  • @Tagemandbagem is that the same guy? i was thinking of that attack the whole time, and the irony that it went for him and not the reporter standing next to him

  • "Will he remain unscathed?"

No. Now he only has one proper calf muscle, and he's lucky to be alive.

  • Ouch... I feel bad for the shark at 1:18, he got his nose bitten while trying to eat ><''
