    No, after this interview, they came out and said this was a hoax and they were not going to do anything this Yes Man said they were going to do. That's the reason they lost 2 billion dollars.

    nope. they lost 2 billion because shareholders did not like the idea of their money going to the victims of the bhopal disaster and were quick to let go of their stock after the announcement made on bbc. they explained this in the documentary. shareholders could have also seen that the the bhopal disaster could mean further liabilities for dow, and did not want to further invest in the company. the bottom line is that dow lost money before it was announced that the bhopal apology was fake.
