We pick up the action at about 6 minutes out from landing our Starship in Santa Fe (KSAF). We encountered some down and up drafts coming over the mountains to the NE of Santa Fe, and the Tower Controller was concerned about some coyotes necessitating a long landing for us -- hats off and thanks to the tower controller!

  • Yes, engine is going through complete teardown, inspection, etc. It's taking way too much time. I am the pilot.

  • Tower controller sure sounds like a controller I used to talk with in San Antonio... Nice video, thanks for posting...

  • How does she do when it comes to staying coordinated? Do you have to stay on top of it or does it just wanna move a little here and there?

  • Can you give us a tour of your starship?

  • @Cloverrun676 I had no idea...;-)

  • Coyotes are self-correcting in day VMC.
