I know for certain many albanians who were SS Skenderbeg they were trained in germany and fought for germany, the war in balkan was not hard to conquer. Serbs, Greeks, macedonians and half romanians were a little worms for the SS Wehrmacht. read about the training courses applied for the SS in germany, and where the skenderbeg was active most of the time. the petrol in balkan was by standard people.
