The city of Los Angeles is planning to lay off 4000 city employees. Imagine our city with no parks, libraries, or city run child care facilities. Please watch this video and talk to your neighbors, call the mayor's office, or your city council member's office, and get involved with your neighborhood council. This city will simply not survive if these layoffs take place. We need to find some other way to solve the city's budget deficit.
