If a man of John Sergeant's age danced the waltz with his daughter at her wedding, using the skills he displays here, all the guests would be going wild at how good the pair looked together.
Btw, I think he's a dead spit of Jo Brand. The two could be twins.

That's essentially why he chose to quite - he realised there was actually a very real chance that he would winning. I don't think they ever released the official voting figures but allegedly, John was was whipping everyone in the phone vote by a huge margin.
