*Joe's POV*
I was just lying there, on top of Liz, staring at her. I had no idea what to do. I don't think she did either. I wanted to kiss her but I didn't want anything to be weird, you know? Ugh! I'll just do it!
I leaned in and so did she. Our lips almost touched but then the doorbell rang. I sighed and got up and smiled at Liz.

*Liz's POV*
URG! Stupid doorbell! Why'd you have to ring! I was about to kiss Joe! I sat there, watching him answer the door. He opened it and standing there was a beautiful girl. He stared at her in awe. My luck!
"Uh...I just moved in next door and I thought I should meet the neighbors." She told Joe in a flirty voice. Her blonde hair was abut down to her waist. Her perfectly tan legs stood tall and her eyes were blue. Baby blue. She was beautiful. Ofcourse. Everything I'm not. "My name's Grace!" She said.
"Oh...yeah." Joe smiled and put out his hand and shook hers. I could tell he was almost speechless. "My name's Joe. Would you like to come in?"
She answered quickly. "I'd love to."
She walked in with her perfectness and came into the living room. She saw me and looked at me.
"Who are you?"
"Oh. My name's Liz. I...." Joe cut me off.
"She's one of our friends."
I nodded. Then I heard someone come down the stairs. It was Nick, who walked in and greeted Grace.
"Hey! My name is Nick. Joe's brother." He didn't seem to fall into her spell like Joe did.
She didn't seem to care about Nick either.
"Joe, I was wondering if you could show me around?" She asked in her perfect voice.
"I'd love too!" He said way too quickly.
Nick looked at me, confused.
"Uhh...Nick could you tell Mom that I went to show the new neighbor around the town, ok?" Joe asked as he opened the door for her.
"Uh..sure." Nick answered still looking at me.
"Kay, thanks bro. I'll be back later." He said while walking out the door with Grace. When they were finally out Nick came and stood in front of me. He stretched his hand out to help me up.
"What was that all about." He asked me while we both sat on the couch.
I almost wanted to cry so I stuttered as I answered Nick.
"W-Well we were just m-messing around when t-the doorbell r-rang. He answered it and immediatly fell under her spell."
Nick noticed I was upset so he hugged me. "Liz. Don't worry."
I hugged him back. "You know don't you?"
He pulled away and nodded. "Yeah. I know you have feelings for Joe and to tell you the truth I thought he felt the same way about you."
I sighed and looked at him. "We were about to kiss when the doorbell rang, actually."
He sighed. "I'm really sorry Liz. I'll talk to him, ok?"
I smiled slightly. "Thanks Nick. You really are the best." I hugged him and got up. "I think I'm gonna go home."
"Ok. Thanks, you're the best too. I'll talk to Joe and see you tomorrow!" He waved and closed the door behind me.
I walked home, on the verge of tears. I walked in my house and ran to my room before anyone could see me. I rushed to my computer and signed on my AIM. Ellen and Gabbi were on! I clicked on Ellen's username.

I signed off and jumped on my bed. I flipped open my phone and began looking through all the pictures. Almost every single one of them were me and Joe. As I flipped through them all I began to cry. I finally thought me and Joe would have a chance but then reality hit. It was never gonna happen between us. Never. I closed my phone and changed into my pajamas. I climbed back into my bed and turned on the TV. I was watching iCarly. I didn't really pay attention, I was thinking. What would of happened if me and Joe actualy kissed? Would it have changed everything? I had no clue.
Then, I recieved a text message from Joe. Great. I flipped open my phone and opened up the text. It read:
Liz, I'm really sorry I ran off like that. I shouldn't have gone when I was with you. Again, I'm sorry! Joey
I was too mad to answer him so I closed my phone and threw it onto my dresser. I soon fell asleep, thinking of Joe once again.

wow yeah joe wasa jerk man i would of text back saying its ok, you go off with your new friend jerk and then eventually he would know that he was in the worng then he would hopefully come running back lol.
