A test I did with simple pop movements and morphing every 4th frame in after effects with a speed up using Twixtor. I like the feeling of Paula Abdul's old 'Straight Up' video amongst other quick edit white background videos. I wrote an add on script with the particles built into AE. google search for twixtor 4.5 has tons fo downloads, examples, video tutorials, it is really great.
