This song always makes me cry because I've lost some beloved cats. Although... I torture myself by listening to it over and over 'cause I love it.
One of my favorite bands - Jethro Tull. The first time I went to see them, I was three. So, ever since then, I've enjoyed their music.

I totally love cats and have experienced the pain of their loss many times. Black cats are the hardest to home, they get overlooked for cats with "prettier" markings. Same with black and white. So next time you visit your local rescue, don't overlook the black cats. "When the cat of the house is black, the lasses of lovers will have no lack." In the UK black cats traditionally bring good luck.

Everyone who's ever lost a fur-friend knows this feeling. Ian states it so well. I loved his music even before I learned he loved cats; this is icing on the cake.

I lost my old black cat this morning and I can't stop crying. He's been my best friend since I was 3 and I'm 17 now....he was the best cat in the world. All he really wanted (besides food. lol) was to sit in my lap and have someone pet him....I'll always love him...always...

I lots 8 of my cats all on the pased year. it so hard i miss them all. they was run over 2 was killed by wild dogs. I missed them so much i worte they all a poem and made a book withe thire pic. i have a new cat now i think god for her ever day.
