Chef, I have a question - I followed your recipe exactly, but (earlier it happened too, but I was having no idea about making the batter) everything sticks together and the batter, after frying, goes off the cauliflowers. Why? What shall I do for it?

@2221971 cooked rice helps it stick, rice flour does not have that effect.
