  • I'm convinced that becoming a vegetarian would help me live longer. But I just like the taste of meat too much to give it up. :(

  • You wanna know how to achieve longevity? Healthy attitude for life, minimum stress caused by environment and people, good foods and exercise regime. All these things are Almost impossible to achieve by average life in developed or developing coutries, which is caused by different factors in each of them. :D Words from a 102 year old woman ...............(in future :D).

  • I have been living in Okinawa for 6years, I have found the okinawans drink Sanpin, Green and Herbal teas all day long. This stuff is literally served everywhere, it may not be the silver bullet but it may help, it will certainly lower sugar intake and help reduce body fat. I have made these herbal teas available through Okinawa Herbal.
