As in the first generation of 3D capable 120Hz displays the second generation Acer GD245HQ still has some ghosting at objects show on the top and bottom parts of the screen as opposed to seeing the same object in the center part of the screen. Notice the shadow in front of the wind turbine in the video when it is being moved to the top or bottom parts of the screen. But generally as the ghosting is less on the Acer the top/bottom ghosting is also less... http://www.3dvision-blog.com

  • Download the latest 3D Vision driver CD version 1.18 or 1.20and install it,earlier drivers do not have support for the new Acer.

This is not 2D, this is stereoscopic image seen through shutter glass ocular.

In normal mode this monitor will not have motion ghosting.

Please, do not be moronic dumbass.

How did you solve the color problems? Did you change anything in the service menu? Is OD on?

I have a yellow tint over everything.

  • I want to buy a 3d monitor , which one is the better , acer , samsung or viewsonic ?

    and prices please

  • @evenohyeah ah, no time soon will it be there america is the place for this :) come to america, get some computer parts with the 3d monitor and kit and then go play in China, thats a possibility :)

  • @naka538 Don't make me scared :(

  • @evenohyeah never :P

  • Does this problem happen in 2D mode also? Please respond.

  • @WyvernX13 actualy that kind of stuff is possible because they use something even more advanced than that to test prototypes. instead of physically making a prototype of a car for example. they use a hologram where someone can actually sit inside of it and look around it as if it is the real thing.

  • it doesnt work
