Advertisements removed, beginning with Alastair Burnet closing News at Ten, followed by Richard Madeley previewing tomorrow's Granada news, Granada weather holding slide (Bridge, Capesthorne Hall) with v/o from Charles Foster, a further two Granada holding slides (The Sweeney and Henry Moore: Recollections of a Yorkshire Childhood), a trailer and line-up for Tuesday night on ITV including Emmerdale Farm, George and Mildred, The Jim Davidson Show and Taggart, and rounded off with two idents: the wonderful animated and musical Granada autumn ident, and the classic Thames ident (an example of the version recorded on film, and not the later digital recreation). All this from the evening of Monday, September 1st, 1986. ANY AND ALL COPYRIGHTS DUTIFULLY ACKNOWLEDGED.

Granada News Moved to from Albert Dock Liverpool to Manchester and it's going to move to Media City Salford sometime.
