Hi, I am Gita Farid and I am developing a film about France when it was occupied by the Nazis during WWII, and the daring operations of the French Resistance, the Maquisards, in sabotaging the efforts of the Nazi deportations. The Duchess of Windsor was a Nazi sympathiser and only one component of the actions against the citizens of France, she was rich, powerful and could not be touched, hence the title "Operation Duchess". This brief trailer glimpses the efforts of members of the French Resistance and is intended as a teaser for support in making the feature-length film.
