Well, good to know Jack's honest enough to tell the truth...in song no less! He heads a party with "no principles, no guts, no spine", willing to compromise any and all principles, not bothered in the least to have his dear old mama go shirtless (imagine how little he cares about YOUR dear old mama!), and willing to buy seats if he could. Might be presented as a bit of "tongue in cheek", but sure makes one wonder...if they didn't already.
