  • @rees1e i would go with 2x8s or whatever your joist are (some people have joist that are not up to code so i cant tell you exactly what size) but treated wood is good if its a high moisture area

  • what type of wood was used for floor joist

  • how much did you chare for tht room there it looks and bout how big was it if yu remember?

  • Rare to find someone that does it right - many contractors would nail new joists to the side of the old ones. Amazing that as rotten as those were that the walls were supported since they sit on the joists and subfloor.
