Didn't see it anywhere on here but I do believe this was recorded at the Astrodome in Houston,Tx. Sonny was performing at the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo and this is from the Album that was recorded there. Well, it sounds like the same recording.

Great record, but I doubt very much it was not a studio recording. The record company just dubbed the applause on. I've always thought that ever since I first heard it.
